- I purchased my first Ball Jointed Doll about 5 years ago and have never looked back! I have a long background in sewing, costuming and restoring antique dolls but when I discover Ball Jointed Dolls (BJD) all those "other" dolls left the scene. My home is now over taken with BJD's - dont ask me how many - I dont know (or dont want to know!). As of July 2009 and I back to sewing for BJDs full time. I draft my own patterns and generally list outfits on eBay - although I am in the process of re-considering eBay as a sole venue for sales.
